I saw a commercial last night bout an acne treatment by a a well-known company. Neutrogena?Clean & Clear? It was a spinning face cleaner. Does anyone know what I’m talking about? And has anyone tried it? Name and opinion please. And how about the mini shark steamer? Will it remove wax from a tile floor and a ceramic toilet?

There are a couple different ’spinning’ cleansers on the market so it’s hard to say which one you saw. But I’ve heard reviews by professions on the Neutrogena one which basically say that you get the same effect using a somewhat rough (ie, cheap) washcloth and rubbing it in circles on your face with your soap.
Mini shark steamer. Not worth the money. Because of safety and liability issues a household product cannot heat to temps that are much higher than your hottest tap water. To get wax off place a rag over it and then a hot iron. The wax will welt onto the rag so be sure it’s something you can throw away.

Hi, my son just moved into an apartment in Brooklyn that i can say is in a desperate need of a cleaning. Particularly the kitchen vents, the bathroom, and the bathroom tiles. I would also use this for my house to clean tile floors and probably the bathroom. I’m looking for feedback from real users. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.
