Question by : Will a Bissell Carpet Cleaning Machine remove several spots of puddy from a floor or is there a quicker way?
Someone wants me to clean their floor but by hand it would take days. I really need to find out the quickest way to do this. Someone told me about a brush that moves side to side but I don’t know the name of this brush.

Answer by aquagirl2956 Probably, you just have to make sure to wet the spot thoroughly with the cleaning solution first and also make sure you try to clean up the mess before it dries, the less dry it is the easier it will be to clean…If it doesn’t come out completely on the first try, just make sure you wet the spot really well with the solution and clean it again, it should come right out!

Almost all of my house is covered in wood flooring and there are about 8 people in the house. So you can imagine how hard it is to clean massive wood floors that get ALOT of traffic. I need some kind of machine to effectively clean my wood floors. I’ve been researching steamers and steamer vacuums, but I want to know which machine will work best. Also, my wood floors are surface sealed.

Answer by Rusty Nail Use a damp mop with vinegar and water mixed 10 to 1. Why waste money on a machine that may ruin your floors? If there is any break in the finish on your floor, a steamer is forcing moisture into the wood. This will cause stains and possibly rot. You want as little moisture on your wood floors as possible.

ive recently started a summer job cleaning at a local supermarket. the problem is that i have to use a big machine that you push to wet and clean the floor. i used it the other day and i found that i was leaving horrible dirty marks behind where i had used it and you could see where the machine had been. does anyone know what i might be doing wrong? there is nobody that i can ask because the cleaning bosses do not come into the supermarket very often and i am left to get on with it by myself.

Question by hi: Best carpet cleaning machine for cat throw up?
I have four indoor only cats. On occasion they throw up on the carpet. I am sick of cleaning the carpet wit by hand with paper towels and cleaning solution. Anyone know how well a carpet steamer/shampooer would work? I don’t want to buy a large vacuum sized machine for one or two spots every now and then, but worry that the small portable ones won’t clean the carpet well enough…I was looking into the Bissell pet proheat, but it got mixed reviews. Any suggestions?

Pro heat and I loved it!! Mine just broke and it was about 7 years old so I got my money’s worth out of it!! The only thing is if your cat vomits on the floor you need to clean up the chunks with a paper towel
First or it will jam in the carpet cleaner and it would be gross… Once u clean
The big stuff then use a shampooer for the rest!! Good luck
