I need to clean my house and tiles. Soneone recommended the Shark Steamer.

And what do you consider “clean” and “deep cleaned”?
I’m asking because I’ve been called a neat freak more than once. I don’ mind being called that, but I really don’t feel that I am one.
I have 3 kids, so I have the usualy toys out, books scattered, etc…but I do keep my house tidy.
What I consider “clean”, is floors picked up, vacuumed, swept..dishes done, toys put away, laundry put away. You know, just everyday things…
“deep clean”, to me, is ceilng fans wiped down, baseboards done, everuthing dusted and windexed, fridge cleaned out, closets organized, bathroom scrubbed top to bottom….
Do I sound like a “neat freak”?

I would not say a neat freak. I’m about the same. I clean up every day. I “deep clean” every week. Especially the bathroom, maybe not the closets. I’d say I’m hygienic.

How do you clean it? Anyone use Hoover Floor Mate, Bissell Flip It, or Lysol Steam Cleaning Mop? It seems there’s got to be an easier way than sweeping and mopping but I don’t want to waste my money on something that doesn’t work and just ends up taking up space.

I dont mean to be rude but how old are you? Lol.. i get the impression you must be quite young as you dont even know what products to buy and where to store them :S
Go to your local supermarket and there should be lots of cleaning products there… but as for where to keep them… i cant suggest anywhere as i’m scared incase you are quite young…

personally, I use my vacuum cleaner for all of those things. I have a Dyson because I have a lot of pets. Any good vaccuum with attachments will do. Use the right attachment to vaccum sofa love seat etc. Vacuum your walls and ceilings 2 times a year to cut down on dust. Use the crevice too to clean inside the windows and under radiators etc. If you can, keep window facing the street closed to keep traffic dust out. For tiles, I vacuum and then damp mop,. For roaches, do not use supermarket remedys like traps and baits. If you rent, insist the landlord have an exterminator treat the whole building. If you own, protect your investment by have a quality treatment done.
