Question by : Can you use a hoover carpet steam cleaner without chemicals?
does anyone know if there are any carpet steam cleaners (that actually work good) on the market that you do not need to use a chemical cleaning solution in addition to the steam. I have a baby, so there are constantly messes, ie) spit up and pee getting on to my carpets. I want to clean them, however do not want to use any chemicals that he will come in contact with when on the floor.

Answer by wise one I have a Hoover steam cleaner and I use OUT! It is sold in the pet aisle in Walmart and some grocery stores. It is for urine, vomit and feces clean up of both human and animal. I use a cup of this in the machine and the rest hot water. Then I steam clean as usual. Also I will do a plain rinse to make sure everything is out of the carpet. It does not smell strong. It does have a light baby powder scent and it does not seem to be a strong chemical or my dog and I would have a reaction to it. I use it on all of carpeting in my home.

it is about a foot long, We didn’t know you aren’t supposed to try and rub it out. needless to say that DID NOT work. We tried using resolve carpet cleaner but that didn’t work either.
* Are there any other suggestion for removing a large ink toner stain from carpet?
* Can a professional service like Stanley Steamer get out a stain like that?
* Any and all other suggestions please help!

Answer by arizonakal I am sorry to say it but you are better off calling carpet stores to replace your carpet.
I would call Coit and ask them about toner. They claim they can get out anything but I think this one may stump them.

Video Production for Allkare Carpet Cleaners. Allkare head office is based in Skelmersdale with regional carpet cleaning technicians throughout the UK, they are a nationwide carpet and Upholstery Cleaning company. The client approached us with the idea of producing a humorous two minute web video which would promote the company and the great carpet cleaning service they provide. The client was particularly interested in showing off the impressive truck mounted cleaning equipment the company use to ensure a thorough job. Various script ideas were designed by our team and sent to the client for review. Sticking with the humorous style the client requested, we decided to go with the idea of the ‘cowboy worker’, with an actual cowboy turning up to do a poor cleaning job, after which Allkare would turn up and provide a professional cleaning job. Once the script was approved, filming was scheduled and actors were hired to play the roles the script required. Various props and costumes, including a great cowboy outfit, were purchased to bring the script and characters to life. Filming was a success and back at the studio a rough edit was created to show to the client, with feedback giving us an idea of the direction they wanted to take the footage. Graphic overlays, logos and text overlays were added to give the video an appropriate look and finish. Answer by aquagirl2956 Probably, you just have to make sure to wet the spot thoroughly with the cleaning solution first and also make sure you try to clean up the mess before it dries, the less dry it is the easier it will be to clean…If it doesn’t come out completely on the first try, just make sure you wet the spot really well with the solution and clean it again, it should come right out!
